Hope Ballet Theatre is a collaborative program between Augusta Ballet and Hope for Augusta to introduce students interested in learning the many facets of dance. This program will include the instruction of ballet, jazz, and hip hop with a recital on the last day of camp. Students need to be in Grades 2-5, and those registering will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Augusta Ballet funds the dance portion of the camp and will provide free tuition to 15 students.
Camp Information Dates: June 20-23 Time: 1 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. Location: Heritage Academy, 333 Greene Street, Augusta, GA 30901
1. Students will be expected to have transportation provided to and from the program facility. 2. Students will need to dress comfortably. Gym clothes are appropriate. 3. Ballet shoes are not necessary because students will not be wearing shoes for most of the class period.

Family and friends of the Hope Ballet Theatre students are encouraged to attend the Hope for Augusta Recital. Students of Hope Ballet Theatre will perform all the styles of dances that was learned.

Augusta Ballet will send each registrant an email notifying whether the applicant has been accepted into the camp or whether they will be put on the Wait List. The Wait List will be created for registrants who were not apart of the first fifteen to complete the application. Those on the Wait List will only be notified should an opening become available.
